Maltaista maaliskuuta hyvä olutseuran väki! On jälleen kerran aika kokoontua yhteen maistelemaan oluita. Tämän kuun olutilta järjestetään Hiisi Taproomin tiloissa Lutakossa. Siellä tarjolla on jännittävä kattaus eri tyyppisiä makuja nestemäisessä muodossa. Tule siis mukaamme viettämään kanssamme tämä makoisa ilta!
Maistelun jälkeen ohjelma jatkuu vapaamuotoisesti ruokailemalla ja jutustelemalla olutseuralaisten kanssa.
Huom! Pukukoodiin ei olutiltojen aikana kuulu haalarit.

MITÄ MAKSAA: 15€ (+jäsenmaksu 5€, jos et ole vielä jäsen)
Ilmoittautuminen alkaa maanantaina 13.3.2023 klo 12 kohdassa lipunmyynti olevalla lomakkeella. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy torstaina 16.3.2023 klo 16.00 tai kapasiteetin täytyttyä. Ilmoittautuminen muuttuu sitovaksi 16.3.2023 klo 16.00 jälkeen. Maksuohjeet lähetetään sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen päätyttyä. Paikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä ja tunnetusti nämä paikat menevät!

Jos perut paikkasi ennen ilmoittautumisen muuttumista sitovaksi, ilmoita siitä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen tapahtumat@olutseurados.fi. Mukaan päässeet saavat henkilökohtaiset maksuohjeet viitenumeroineen sähköpostitse, joten jos haluat myydä paikkasi eteenpäin jollekulle toiselle, välitä viitenumerosi kyseiselle henkilölle. Tässä tapauksessa Olutseuraan ei välttämättä tarvitse ottaa yhteyttä.
Olutillat on tarkoitettu vain Olutseura DOS ry:n jäsenille. Mikäli et ole vielä jäsen, voit liittyä jäseneksi olutillan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Jos mahdut mukaan olutiltaan, voit maksaa oman jäsenyytesi olutillan maksun yhteydessä. Jos et vielä ole jäsen etkä mahdu mukaan olutiltaan, lähetämme sinulle jäsenmaksuohjeet erikseen, jolloin voit halutessasi liittyä jäseneksi. Jäsenyyteen kuuluu haalarimerkki sekä jäsenkortti, jolla saa etuja yhteistyöravintoloissa.

Happy March dear DOS-people! It’s once again time to gather together for another beer tasting. This time we’ll be doing it in Hiisi Taproom in Lutakko. There they’ll be having an exciting lineup of various different flavours for us. So come and join us for this tasty evening!
After the tasting the night will continue by dining and chatting with other participants. The official part ends once the tasting’s over.
Notice! We don’t wear overalls during Olutilta – beer tasting events.
WHAT: DOS & Hiisi: Frosty beer tasting event
WHERE: Hiisi taproom & bottleshop, Lutakonaukio 3
WHEN: 21.03.2023 at 6 PM / 18.00
WHAT DOES IT COST: 15€ (+membership fee 5€, if you wish to join DOS)
Registration begins on 13.3.2023 at 12 PM by the form you can find in the ticket sales part. Registration ends on 16.3.2023 at 4 PM or after the places have been filled. Registration will be binding after 4PM on 16.3.2023. The payment instructions will be sent via email. The places for the event will be filled in the order of registration.
NOTICE!
If you cancel your registration before it becomes binding, let us know via email at tapahtumat@olutseurados.fi. Participants that got into the event will receive personal payment instructions with their own reference number via email. If you want to sell your place forward to someone else, forward your reference number to this person. In this case, you don’t have to be in contact with us.
The tasting is meant only for Olutseura DOS ry members. If you aren’t a member already, you can join during the registration to the tasting. If you fit into the tasting, you can pay your membership fee at the same time you pay for the tasting. If you aren’t a member already and you don’t fit into the tasting, we will send you payment instructions for the membership fee separately. The membership includes a patch for your overalls and a membership card, which will give you discounts at our collaborative restaurants.
