Tervetuloa mukaan hengailemaan Olutseuran Syyssaunalle! Syyssaunalla on tarjolla poreita, pientä purtavaa ja nopeimmille myös hieman olutta. Nappaa uikkarit sekä pyyhe mukaan ja tule hetkeksi rentoutumaan syksyn rientojen keskellä. Syyssaunalla on oiva tilaisuus tutustua hallitukseen sekä muihin dossilaisiin rennossa meiningissä. Tarjoilu tapahtumassa on mallia OPM, joten omia virvokkeita ja syötävää on suotavaa ottaa mukaan. Oluita ja muita tarjoiluja on saatavilla hallituksen tarjoamana rajallinen määrä. Hallitushaku vuodelle 2024 aukeaa myös lähiaikoina, joten saunalla on oiva tilaisuus tulla kyselemään hallitustoiminnasta istuvalta hallitukselta. Lisäksi mukaan saunalle voi esimerkiksi ottaa lautapelejä yms. viihdykettä, joita voidaan myös pelata seuran jäsenten kesken.

Ennakkoilmoittautuminen syyssaunalle alkaa alla olevalla lomakkeella 7.11.2023 klo 14 ja päättyy 14.11.2023 klo 12 tai kunnes paikat on täytetty. Paikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. Ennakkoon ilmoittautumista toivotaan tapahtuman osallistujamäärän ennakoimiseen. Ilmoitamme Instagramissa paikkojen täyttymisestä. Mikäli ennakkoon ilmoittautumisen jälkeen on tilaa, niin myös paikanpäällä voi ilmoittautua mukaan klo 18 jälkeenkin.

Welcome to DOS Autumn Sauna! At the autumn sauna you can enjoy a jacuzzi, some snacks and some beer (if you’re quick!). Grab your swimsuit & towel and come to relax in the midst of a busy autumn. At the autumn sauna, it is also possible to get to know the board members and the other DOS members in a relaxed way. It is advisable to bring your own refreshments and snacks to the event because the beer & snacks provided by the board are limited. The board elections for the year 2024 are also approaching so the evening will be a good opportunity for you to ask about the open positions etc. In addition to the things mentioned above, you can bring some board games etc. to the sauna and you can play the games with the fellow DOS members.

WHEN: Tuesday 14.11.2023, door opens at 18.00 (6PM)
WHAT DOES IT COST: 0€, free entry for DOS members – you can join DOS at the event or during sign-up below
Sign-up for the sauna will start on November 7th at 14.00 (2PM) with the registration form below. Sign-up will close on November 14th at 12.00 (12PM) or until the sign-up is full. The seats will be filled on a first-come first-served basis and we kindly ask you to register for the event so we may estimate the number of participants. We will use Instagram to announce if the event has been “sold out” before the sign-up officially closes. In case there’s still space left for people after the sign-up closes, and you haven’t signed up, you’re welcome to join the event on the spot after 18.00 (6PM).
