ILMOITTAUTUMISLOMAKE SIVUN ALAOSASSA
Talvi on jo pitkällä ja kevät tekee kohta tuloaan. Vielä ovat päivät kuitenkin melko lyhyitä ja täten otollisia tummien oluiden maistelulle. Juuri sitä voittekin kokea olutseuramme v. 2023 ensimmäisessä maisteluillassa. Maistelun loppua kohden oluen tummuus kuitenkin hälvenee ja tuo lupauksen keväästä ja valoisammasta ajasta. Saavu siis paikalle Vihreään Haltiattareen, jossa iltaa isännöi olut-tietäjämme Sampo!
Maistelun jälkeen ohjelma jatkuu vapaamuotoisesti aikaa viettäen ja jutustellen olutseuralaisten kanssa.
Huom! Pukukoodiin ei olutiltojen aikana kuulu haalarit.

Ilmoittautuminen
Ilmoittautuminen alkaa tiistaina 14.2.2023 klo 12 kohdassa lipunmyynti olevalla lomakkeella. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy perjantaina 17.2.2023 klo 16.00 tai kapasiteetin täytyttyä. Ilmoittautuminen muuttuu sitovaksi 17.2.2023 klo 16.00 jälkeen. Maksuohjeet lähetetään sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen päätyttyä. Paikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä ja tunnetusti nämä paikat menevät!

Jos perut paikkasi ennen ilmoittautumisen muuttumista sitovaksi, ilmoita siitä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen pj@olutseurados.fi. Mukaan päässeet saavat henkilökohtaiset maksuohjeet viitenumeroineen sähköpostitse, joten jos haluat myydä paikkasi eteenpäin jollekulle toiselle, välitä viitenumerosi kyseiselle henkilölle. Tässä tapauksessa Olutseuraan ei välttämättä tarvitse ottaa yhteyttä.

PARTICIPATION FORM DOWN
Winter has already lasted for a few months and it will soon start to turn into spring. The days are still relative short with murky evenings. This gives us the perfect opportunity for tasting some dark beers. That is also exactly what you can experience in our first event of the year 2023. Towards the end of the tasting the colors will start to lighten in resemblance for the upcoming spring and sunny weather. Please join us in Vihreä Haltiatar where the evening will be hosted by our beer-connoisseur Sampo!
After the tasting the night will continue by hanging out and chatting with other participants. The official part ends once the tasting’s over.
Notice! We don’t wear overalls during Olutilta – beer tasting events.

Registration
Registration begins on 14.2.2023 at 12 PM by the form you can find in the ticket sales part. Registration ends on 17.2.2023 at 4 PM or after the places have been filled. Registration will be binding after 4 PM on 17.2.2023. The payment instructions will be sent via email. The places for the event will be filled in the order of registration.
NOTICE!
If you cancel your registration before it becomes binding, let us know via email at pj@olutseurados.fi. Participants that got into the event will receive personal payment instructions with their own reference number via email. If you want to sell your place forward to someone else, forward your reference number to this person. In this case, you don’t have to be in contact with us.
